It is time to trust the process. It is time to understand that I demonstrate what is needed for each individual to do.  Release the old energies that no longer serve you.  Release the pain.  Release the stories.  Release your ties.  Find your equilibrium and return to balance.

It is not about I or others; it is about yourself, each individual and your personal journey.  Look to how you treat yourself and ask if it is with love. When you realize that you do not, ask yourself why and recenter. What is needed of each of you is to stand strong in your center through the ebbs and flows, through the changes, despite how they appear. Love yourself. It is the key.
